DCH4 Trail #2289 – “Mediocrity in Motion”
A to A Trail
When: Saturday, October 18th –
3:00 PM start
Where: 6805 Geneva Lane, Temple Hills, MD 20748 (park in driveway or on street.
Hare(s): THE VIRGINATOR & Roose Rips
Hash Cash: $7
Gather ‘round, wankers — it’s time for another DCH4 exercise in barely controlled chaos. This Saturday, your hares are leading an A-to-A trail that promises absolutely average shiggy, a healthy dose of pavement pounding, and enough booze stops to make your FitBit call the cops. Expect 4–5 miles for runners who hate themselves and 3–4 miles for walkers who just want to gossip and drink in peace.
Trail difficulty clocks in at a 2.69/5, because it’s funnier that way. You’ll sweat, you’ll swear, and you’ll probably wonder why you didn’t just stay home, but that’s hashing, baby.
Karaoke may be featured if enough degenerates stick around. If you overindulge and can’t drive, don’t fret, crash space is available for those too blitzed to wobble home.
So come on out, bring your thirst, your questionable decisions, and your trail shoes. Expect mediocrity, deliver debauchery, and drink like you mean it.
On-on! 🍻

MD Renn Faire Pub crawl, this is inside of Renn Faire. Unless you have tickets, you can’t get in.
Reminder of the early start time of 10am!!!
This is the Renn Fair. So traffic is usually bad heading to the parking lot, so plan accordingly.
This schedule is for meeting up and having central locations to be, if you want to go do or see anything in particular, please do! There are so many amazing vendors at faire! I have thrown in what I am interested in doing and will be attending, please reach out if you have questions, ideas, or want suggestions!
This year’s story line in brief: The festival focuses on Henry the VIII throughout his 6 wives, and the festival is the year 1539 when Henry VIII is looking for his 4th wife. He has the famous painter Hans Holbein with him this year in Revel Grove to paint the most eligible brides of Europe. Plus, it’s Celtic weekend!
I will make a Facebook post in the group for rides to try to link those with space in their cars and those who need rides. Please text me at 240-672-8819 if you need a ride and don’t have Facebook.

Pro tips:
* Pj has the tickets at will call and will be near the front to hand them out – text or call PJ 240-672-8819 on day of to get in touch – please be nice and remember it’s my birthday weekend 🙂
* It is outside, there is some shade and the joust arena can get quite a bit of sun, plan accordingly
* Current weather predictions say: partly cloudy with high of 77 with low of 63
* This has always been a mainly cash event, I have always brought at least $200 to avoid the ATM lines and fees, that being said, more and more vendors are taking cards as well now.
* Wear shoes/clothes you’re ok with getting dusty or muddy depending on the weather
* Pace yourselves, this is a marathon not a sprint and remember we are adults
* Renn faire parking line and traffic can take awhile, so plan accordingly
* Bees are a thing. Please know if you have an allergy and bring an epipen. Please don’t wear any scents that will attract them anymore then they will be to our drinks. They are not the cute kind.
Please reach out if you have questions! I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday at 11am!
On on,
